I, for one, don't like change. This album has me flashing back to when I was a boy, first listening to Fallen, like some sort of ratatouille homage
It's got those belting vocals, tight guitars and drums that are both huge and spooky at the same time,
The lyrics are a little funny when I think about this not coming out of a mid 20s fellow emo/scene girl, but possibly someone in their 50s, but also, what do I know, I've never written a lyric in my life half as decent,
I guess we all have something to say, and Evanescence is trying to drill the same message into us as they did all those years ago.
Stand-out songs are Who Will You Follow and Afterlife
